Fax: Orders can be faxed to us at 641-648-6047. Please include your phone number in case we need to contact you. We will fax a confirmation of the order and the total dollar amount to the fax number you supply.
Our Retail Store is available for walk-in customers and in-store pick up of your order Monday through Friday – and Saturdays by appointment. Please call prior to arriving to assure someone will be there to help you.
Every attempt will be made to ship your entire complete order. If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will keep it on backorder and ship it to you as soon as it becomes available – unless you specify otherwise. All back ordered items and freight charges will be billed when the part is shipped.
Payment is accepted with credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) or PayPal.
Shipping Method and Freight Charges
We ship via Speed-Dee, UPS Ground and US Post Office. Next day, 2-day and 3-day select are also available for additional fees. Most orders will be shipped the same day we receive them. UPS and Speed-Dee cannot ship to a P.O. Box so we will need your complete address including zip code. Customer is responsible for freight charges. There will be an extra charge for items that are oversized. You will be required to call for freight quote on oversized items. We make every effort to use the most economical way of transportation to save our customers shipping costs and will combine multiple items whenever possible to save on shipping charges.
