Shipping Method and Freight Charges
We usually ship via UPS Ground. Next day, 2-day and 3-day select are also available for additional fees. Most orders will be shipped the same day we receive them. UPS cannot ship to a P.O. Box so we will need your complete address including zip code. We may also send your order via U.S. Postal Service. Customer is responsible for freight charges. There will be an extra charge for items that are oversized. You will be required to call for freight quote on oversized items. We will combine multiple items whenever possible to save on shipping charges.
Insurance and Returns
All UPS orders are insured. Open and inspect packages immediately and notify us within 3 days of any damages. Be sure to keep all original shipping and packing materials. If you are not satisfied with any part, it may be returned in unused and resalable condition for exchange or full refund within 30 days. Please call first to obtain a “Return Merchandise Authorization” number. Package return items securely, enclose the original receipt and return- freight prepaid. We do not accept returned items C.O.D.
Non-Return Items
The following items may not be returned for refund or credit: books, literature, decals, special order parts, used parts, electrical parts and parts that have been installed or parts damaged during installation. Some items may need to be sent to the manufacturer for warranty. If you receive a defective item, we will be happy to replace it.
Shortage and Discrepancies
Please check your order immediately, even if you are not ready to install the parts – and notify us within 3 days of receipt if there are any shortages or errors with you order. Thanks
Back Orders
Every attempt will be made to ship your entire complete order. If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will keep it on backorder and ship it to you as soon as it becomes available – unless you specify otherwise. All back ordered items and freight charges will be billed when the part is shipped.
Limited Warranty and Disclaimer
Merv’s Classic Chevy Parts will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by abuse, incorrect installation, modification, or normal wear. Merv’s Classic Chevy Parts will not be responsible for any labor charges, transportation, inconvenience or any other charges incurred in the installation of parts, replacement or repair of defective items.
